New Curriculum Preparation

As part of developing the new curriculum for 2022 we asked pupils, parents, staff and governors what sort of skills they thought are important for pupils to learn by the time they leave Cilffriw Primary. Thank you to everyone who responded. We really appreciate you all getting involved and will use the responses to help shape and create our curriculum at Cilffriw. Here are the responses…

Thank you so much to all the parents and carers!

Thanks to you all, the school has had a really positive and successful first couple of weeks back.

Despite these uncertain times, you have been patient and understanding with the new rules and routines we have put in place to  keep everyone safe. We are very grateful for everything you have done to ensure the smooth running of drop off and pick up while remaining socially distanced and safe yourselves.

The staff are thoroughly enjoying being back in school with the children and are doing everything they can to make the new normal fun and exciting!

Sam’s ‘Stay at Home’ Song

We couldn’t be prouder of Sam. He has spent his time at home re-writing the lyrics to ‘This is Me’ from the The Greatest Showman and what a brilliant job he has done. It takes a lot of courage to stand up and perform and Sam has really impressed us all with his wonderful voice.

Thank you for making us all smile Sam and for sharing such an important message with everyone.
